What are friends for?

Carly is sleeping on my bed. She doesn't look very comfortable since I am currently occupying most of the space. =/

She had a bad day last night so I abandoned my school work, waited for the train in the cold, high rise subway station, and took at 40 minute late night train ride to see her. Didn't sleep much, I'm tired. I spent the night at her place, and now she is spending the night at mine.

School was alright today. I finally went to my anthropology class for the first time in two weeks. I got an A on the exam even after he spent the whole lecture saying how everyone did terribly and how we didn't meet his expectations. I seriously walked out of class giggling for like 10 minutes because I was so happy. I never go to that class... I mean... 8 AM... I went to my geology class and was bored. I did Sudoku and read the newspaper. I don't know. I can never find anything interesting while I'm at school. I also went to my 4 hour chemistry lab but my group finished in 2 hours and we gtfo'd. holla.

I hung out at school for a bit talking to Justin, Nas, and Barbara about naughty things. lol. Met up with Sara and Steve and went out for Thai. Finally, something other than motherfucking dumplings. Steve has a shit load of stories. They are all amazing, btw. Also, we saw this lady with an awesome moose keychain and Steve asked her where she got it (he loves meese lol mooses?), but she didn't speak English. Her significant other talked to us and showed us his matching keychain. It was cute. They got it from Canada and the moose had a red maple leaf on its stomach. Then the guy gave his to Steve. It was sooooo cool. I love people! Steve was so happy, and I was jealous because it was a Canadian moose; best kind of moose.

Then we went to Carly's and she was drunk. She was taking shots of Georgi, and if you don't know, that is the cheapest and worst vodka ever. I didn't want her to be alone so Sara and I told her to come back home with us. Now she's sleeping like a cute baby. Bleh, I'm behind in all my classes, but apparently, you don't have to go to class to get A's on exams/midterms... nor do you have to read. Ha.

It's taking me a really long time to read The Hotel New Hampshire. Not that it's bad. I love it. But Carly introduced me to the idea of reading multiple books at once and I just so happen to finish those other books. Yay, my vote-by-mail ballot was sent and I'm excited to vote for the president of the United States.

We were talking about taking a road trip to like Florida or Canada or someplace cool during Spring Break. So excited! I hope we really do it. I need to get my passport... Betty's car got broken in to. :( Poor girl. I love my sister. She rox. So I realized that I WILL be home for the summer of 2009. My sister is graduating high school! I can't miss that! Okay, back to reading, but before that... a cigarette break. Oh the cold might be the only thing that can get me to quit.

Bleh. I'm not alone... I'm just on my own... And I... It's a little cold outside...

Best,
