Dr. Blind, just prescribe the red ones

It's almost Halloween and I've failed to find a costume. I actually intended to be a scary clown. I found a really creepy mask and these really neat clown shoes. What sucks is that I still haven't gotten paid. It's going to take another month or so. I really need some winter clothing. New York weather is crazy, but I'm enjoying it. Anyway, so I have about two dollars in my bank account and nothing in my wallet. Jesus Christ, I need some money asap.

The weather makes me tired and this hangover isn't helping. This depressing music isn't either. I'm glad I'm done with midterms though, but I am 200 pages behind in History of the Universe. I suck. I realized I left a lot of clothes at home. I was trying to find a specific shirt and guess I didn't bring it because I can't find it. Also, I went on Myspace to look at pictures of Betty and she was wearing my shirt in two of the pictures. =) It made me happy.

I love the city. I went uptown to see my aunt the other day. She was in town for a wedding and in a neighborhood I haven't been to before. I met up with her and my two cousins for dinner and I was amazed right when I got out of the subway. The abundance of people and bright lights gets me every time. I love taking the train uptown, but I also love the village. Village, village, village <3

I finally sent out the two letters that have been in my desk drawer since day one. I was reluctant to buy the stamps because I am so broke. I had about 10 dollars in the bank and spent 8.20 on the book of stamps. Oh well. I enjoy sending letters. I also enjoy movies. I'm catching a free screening of Juno tomorrow. Well, hopefully I'll get in. It's first come first serve.

My rice is ready. Peace.
