I hate America

So I just found out that I haven't received my I.D. card that I applied for well over two months ago because of Homeland fucking Security. I guess not being a natural born citizen compels me to be a threat. Well, I passed my driving test more than two weeks ago and I've yet to receive my license. If I can't board my flight to New York because of this, I will kick some serious ass. Or not.

I say that I hate America because I'm an ignorant angsty teenager/student who might not be able to go to New York/college on time, which I doubt because things should eventually work out, but also because I recently saw Sicko. That movie did make me sick. I'm pretty sure that not everyone in Canada enjoys paying the heavy load of tax, but damn it, we suck. I'm glad I grew up in America, but it's just stupid. And I'm saying all of this with no real knowledge of our current situation. I don't really know what I'm complaining about. In fact, I don't really know anything. But I do suggest watching Sicko.

So I eventually went to Ikea with my mom. She tried waking me up in the morning, but I just went back to sleep. Then she tried again and I told her I'd just go with my friends. Then she stopped. I realized that I had hurt her feelings. So I got up to shower and said "Mom, let's go." I didn't really buy anything. I saw some stuff that I liked, but I didn't want to have to drag it to New York. I did buy bed sheets though. I also bought an awesome quilt cover with matching pillow cases. Unfortunately, I suck. I bought a twin sized quilt and a full/queen sized quilt cover. Hm, I do not want to tell my mom. She'd just be angry with how incompetent I am. I saw the disappointment in her eyes when I dropped my phone, picked it up, and dropped it again. Fine, not incompetent, just clumsy and sometimes absent-minded.

Hooray.
Plus, Pride and Prejudice > Becoming Jane.
I listened to some songs from Emmy Rossum's debut CD, but only because my coworker told me it sounds like Imogen Heap. It does.

Wow, you definitely need to read my blog haha. I watched Sicko too and I'm pretty angry though I'll also admit that I'm only seeing one side of the story and I really don't know anything. I have quite a few posts about being angry with America, mostly with the goverment.
